Magic of the Minack – Cornwall (good fitness level required)
This weekend, is a micro adventure into some very special locations, woven into deepest, darkest Cornwall. It is designed to be a stunning opportunity to reconnect with nature and enjoy the most beautiful scenery. We’ll walk some of the South West coast path and leap into the crystal clear, turquoise waters.

Meeting time: 8:30 on Saturday morning ready to walk and swim from 9:00 Meeting place: Porthcurno car par park, by the beach
The times may vary as we’d ideally like to hit mid-low tide to really enjoy the pools.
We would advise you to bring the following:
- Sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses
- Flip flops and suitable walking footwear
- Consider old footwear that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy
- Some warm clothing to change into after your swim
- Lightweight waterproof and warm coat (weather depending)
- Drinking water
- Swimming goggles and a towel
If you are looking for camping options nearby please have a look at the campsites listed below.
Accommodation – (you are responsible for booking your own accommodation but here are some campsites). I recommend staying in St Buyran for three reasons. It’s a great site, has a lovely local pub and we can rendezvous easily in the morning.
